The practice began as IRB-Online, continued as Navigator Research Group, and has been owned and operated since 2005 by a former police officer with more than 30 years of law-enforcement experience — now a licensed private investigator.
Every search is performed by licensed professionals. That has been the standard since the beginning, and it is the standard we hold today.
